The first shortlist goes through the HR, and the second to the CFO. Unfortunately, the company seems to have a Greek laid-back mentality even to go through the hiring processes. There are two positions open for which they do not know what they are looking ideally as skills. There seemed no evidence of progress within the company, rather a task-filling job and as was confirmed at the interview 'just an unskilled to perform standard task'. No challenge whatsoever in the role. The company is part of a group and has an opportunistic strategy in the industry which endangers the continuity of someone if he/she is looking for a stable job with prospects and growth. It is a family-managed company with a long history be it good/bad. A suitable position that is probably for 20-25-year-olds to learn the business and be out within the next 2-3 max due to high employee turnover.
