I was contacted by an external recruiter for the recruiter role at Castle via Linkedin. I had an initial phone call with the recruiter, and then received a short take-home test. After the take-home test, I was called onsite and met the CEO/co-founder, the head of Ops, People, & Culture, and the Dir. of Development. It was a well balanced, casual but focused interview process that lasted about 2 hours. Four days later I came back onsite to meet with the CEO again for about an hour. I received my offer letter less than 24 hours later!
