Received an email to conduct a hirevue interview. Completed interview thinking I was applying for manager. Was told at end it was for assistant manager. Before interview had agreed to $50k. At end of interview was told $45k was max. Told there was a signing bonus. Found out after starting it was a performance based bonus that would be evaluated after 180 days.
