The initial call was very friendly and open, the position and salary was discussed.
Interview with HR and client and myself, everything went ok until the salary and benefits came up benefits not the same as on the phone, and in front of the client the salary was lowered by 10K over the phone conversation.
When asked why was told that is the way it works take it or leave it.............So I left

This was by far, the best interview process that I have had in my career. It was fast, and made it feel as if they were grateful to be interviewing me. I was provided with an abundance of information and support. Royal Service is what Castles motto is and Royal Service is what you will receive!!

A brief interview process with predetermined questions in a relaxed environment. It was a very pleasant experience I must add. The interviewer was very polite and and I gave clear answers to every question.
