interview and technical test
they wanted someone who had as well as the 'basic' java skills, CSS and HTML5 , which I didn't have, but the other person in the frame for the job did have so I wasn't surprised the other person got the job! The interviewers were very pleasant, both on the technical side and on the one to one interview.
