Online Interview - Two of the interviewers were totally not familiar with machine learning - Not focusing on technical side of things - Keep asking stupid questions but did not spend anytime on testifying candidates' skills - It's obvious that their management is know nothing about machine learning and AI, working with them as a team is going to be painful. - I felt very little respect during the interview as a candidate.
