Recruiter reached out to setup a screening call. All under their new brand “Prove AI”. He then emails to say the JD changed but that it didn’t affect my candidacy. He then canceled 10 minutes before the screening call “due to a personal matter” with a promise to reschedule. He then sends a rejection email days later with a boilerplate template. Super unprofessional and disorganized. I can’t imagine a qualified person wanting to work here or being successful with this much obvious dysfunction.
