You walk in where they direct you to, and meet up with someone from human resources. The person from human resources assists in the interview with the department manager. You go into a room and they sit you down and review your resume, just like any other interview. They ask appropriate questions pertaining to the position youre applying to, and they keep it short and simple. If you are lucky like me, you will get offered the job on the spot. If hired, they have a 2 day orientation which is mandated by the casino, that every single empoyee has to take (its just health and safety, ect..)
