Pathetic telephonic round experience. On the telephonic round,in the end HR said "you are good to go" sent me interview invite at the same time and also confirmed my availability. After two hrs my interview got cancelled because my "communication" was average! Seriously? Then why you scheduled my interview? Totally pathetic and unprofessional experience. The worst hiring experience of my career.
