The interview process was extremely lengthy and repetitive, 5 rounds in total. Each interviewer read questions from a script and then transcribed my answers. The interviews were not interactive in any way and felt very robotic. They seemed focused on qualifying me for the role based on a list of questions rather than trying to learn more about me. There was no feedback or responses given to the majority of the answers that were provided. The interviewers did not seem to understand that they needed to represent the company well to candidates.

Multi-round, first with recruiter then with to-be manager. All parties were very nice and the final interviewer gave me all the time in the world to discuss the position and my questions. At the end of the day, our salary expectations were not in alignment.

Hr was amazing and responsive. Super accountable throughout the process and the interviews were very structured. Loved meeting everyone on the team. After I received the offer, the team reached out via LinkedIn as well to answer questions if needed.
