After 30 days from sending my resume, I exchanged several short emails, which were initiated by "HR", sent at odd times, and replies went unresponded to in timely manner. We finally set up a phone interview (time chosen by them). I left my office and went to an offsite location where I could speak, they were no show. I had sent confirmation email and another while waiting . I still have not heard anything! Most unprofessional thing in my career
