I had an initial call and a second call with a manager. I was told that I would hear back about next steps. I followed up with a few emails and a voicemail. I never heard back from the manager. Then one evening I get an automated email that I have note been selected for the position. It was very disappointing because I was very interested in the position. I was told that I was overqualified but I let the manager know that I was looking to learn another industry in Sales. I was very much looking forward to further conversations.
