I had four interviews. First was a phone interview. Second interview they asked me to come down to Portland from Seattle area. Third was with a managing partner. Fourth interview was with two directors. Never received a call to let me know where they were at with the process. I think ghosting a candidate that has spend 5 hours in interviews is unprofessional.
