Got rejected at the initial Nike ID interview. Very challenging interview since entire mock presentation is theoretical without any data, yet they complain you were supposed to have a concrete solution to solve the sales miss problem. Assuming they are looking for a very-specific type of candidate.

I had an initial interview with the recruiter, which lasted 30 minutes and primarily focused on a checklist of basic qualifications. I was able to get some basic questions answered about the role and company after the checklist was completed. After passing that basic checklist, I was asked to do an offline skill test where I was presented a marketing-related business problem and asked to come up with a proposal of how to solve it. Once completed, I was asked to present that proposal to a panel of peers in the company. However, I opted to discontinue the interview process at this point so I do not know how the rest of their interview process proceeds.
