The interview process consisted of four stages: the first was a brief 15-minute interview, followed by a one-hour technical interview, then a one-hour session with the CTO. The final stage was an on-site interview, which included a one-hour technical discussion, a one-hour lunch, and a 30-minute HR interview. From the initial application to receiving a response, the entire process took about 2.5 months. The most frustrating part, however, was receiving a generic rejection message after all of these interviews and spending 400 Euros on travel and accommodation for the on-site interview in Munich. No specific feedback or reasons were provided, leaving me disappointed after such an extensive process.
