I submitted my application and was impromptu interviewed on the spot. I was dressed for the occasion in business casual and she called me back the next day for an interview the day after. She asked me why I wanted to work there, what kind of experience I had working with kids and also working with retail.

Entretien
I have had 4 interviews with various managers. They have all been phone interviews and they have all been fairly easy. The questions are all situational, so as long as you get what they are asking and have had a comparable experience, things should go well.

Super easy and welcoming with you, depending on where you are. The team I joined was made up of amazing people. The environment at the store was welcoming and helpful through the learning process.

Had two interviews, I was already within the company so I knew the district manager. Basic questions on supervision and how I would act in certain scenarios. They asked different questions based on the assessment you take online and what your answers were.
