Applied online. Received a phone screening from the recruiter. Had a great conversation. Invited for an onsite interview with the hiring manager and HR. Had a successful interview with the hiring manager. It was a short interview because the hiring manager was running late. My gut feeling is that they already picked the candidate before my onsite interview.
