3 interviews , 2 phone interviews one with HR and one technical then anther one at the office , they literally reading questions from online search even the programming problems (concepts about programming and SQL server then programming problems )
, which I see it has nothing to do with the job . but most of the companies do that anyway .

I met these people at a university job fair. I got a follow up phone call from HR and then couple of phone interviews followed by an interview on-site in Sioux Falls.
