Phone interview with about 5 women. They each identified themselves before asking each question which was helpful because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to tell who was who. Questions were pretty straightforward, and the interview was about 20 minutes total. I found the interviewers personable and honest (including telling me about their frustrations with the university) and the pressure they were under to find a candidate for the position quickly.
