The interview process felt somewhat disjointed. There were multiple screening calls scheduled at short notice and at unusual times, followed by periods with little or no communication.
Coordination could be improved to provide clearer timelines and more consistent follow-up, which would help candidates plan and reduce uncertainty during the process.
The final interview itself was very brief, with limited opportunity to fully discuss my background. A decision appeared to be made quickly, which gave the impression that the outcome had been largely determined in advance.

The process was simple and supportive. Good company with good culture. I was first screened on the phone, i was then asked to come for an interview. The HR team was helpful and friendly.
