I had a phone interview with the recruiter, who then scheduled me to do office interviews. I interviewed with a partner and a senior manager individually. Both interviews flowed really well, and I was given a tour of the office after both interviews.

I found the interview process challenging but fair. You get to talk with potential coworkers to see what day to day is really like. Upper management was friendly and asked good questions.
