The job description was very interesting and seemed to be a good fit. We discussed prior experience and why I was looking for something different. Several questions were related to current development programs I worked with and it almost seemed like a fact finding mission to get ideas. When I had the opportunity to ask questions the interviewer was open to answering. I was a little taken by surprise that the expectation is 50-60 hours per week. While some weeks will always require more, it sounded like work/life balance was not a priority. The interview seemed to go well, but there was zero follow up after. Not a thank you for speaking with us or thanks but no thanks.
