Unprofessional and unethical interview process. I was contacted for a phone screen and then invited to an in-person interview. My interviewer/hiring manager asked me repeatedly if I had other offers and when I needed a response from CRCL, hinting that they would be making me an offer. The hiring manager then asked me for three professional references, which I sent over immediately. After that, radio silence. I had to email three times over the course of three weeks to finally receive a response that the position had been filled. Not only that, but my references were not even contacted, and I had told them to be prepared for a call from CRCL. When a candidate makes it to the final round of a position selection, you don't just ghost them, that is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of a candidate's time and energy. You inform them that you have moved forward with another candidate. Please do better.
