I interviewed for Carnow, Conibear and Associates in March of 2026 -- I was contacted by a recruiter and encouraged to apply for the role. I applied and was contacted shortly afterward to schedule an interview, which took place the following week. The interview consisted of two parts: an administrative test (alphabetizing, reading tables, proofreading, and basic math questions), followed by an interview with the vice president of the department with basic questions about my resume, salary and start date expectations, and information about the position. At the end of the interview, I was told to expect a decision within a week or two; I have not been contacted since and my follow-up messages have been ignored.
