I did one phone interview. Questions were fairly basic. Phone interviewer did not not seem to know some of the basic terminology that was on my resume. Surprising that someone interviewing a Sr Designer wouldn't know these basic terms for test equipment and techniques. Perhaps he was just testing me but, if that is tge case, it's even more wierd. It was not clear who the target market for products is and I just got the feeling in general he was very distrusting of anything that was said. I'm not sure what kind of a unicorn they are hunting for but, they won't bag one with those tools.
