Very, very casual. Filled out an application and minutes later was given a brief overview of the position and offered the job. More like a conversation than an interview. I honestly prefer this type of one on one interaction where they talk to you like a person instead of asking fake questions that they know you're only answering the way you know they want them to be answered.
