1 whole day with lots of rounds. there was a case study homework and have to present your findings, interview with panel and debate round. very tiring. only 1 session for all the rounds.

The interview process started with an HR interview and continued with a face-to-face interview consisting of different sessions. The process included many behavioral questions, case studies, and scenario-based discussions to evaluate communication and problem-solving skills.

HR does their best, but the process isn't as smooth as you'd expect from an international corporation like Cargill. Interview process started with a LinkedIn application followed by an on demand video interview (7 questions). After having completed the interview it took over a month to actually get a second on site interview and I am not sure whether this is the final interview or if there are any more. The communication regarding the application process is really lacking.
