I went for the interview firt they will ask you are you ready to start from 10500 per month and ur 2500 will cut everymonth and will get after 2 years
if ur ready then they will take your interview will give some task to do

first round will be hr he will tell about the salary break and after that a person asks you about sql questions and give some queries to solve
just look a this math where things got bad.
15000 per month
break down
15000 -(pf)2700-1500(security deposit)
in hand will 10800 with 2 year bond. there are chances of hike also about to 18 k -20 k but not sure if company is not performing well
you get the security deposit after 2 year which is about 36k
i personally suggest you all dont fall for the trap of bond if the salary is low like in this case in hand lpa would be 1.29 something that's mean you are not even getting 2lpa per year on that note bond is issue also.
get the offer between 20k 30k if there is bond then there is okay chances are better that after 2 years you can get upto 50k to 60k.

There will be 3 rounds 1) Introductory Round There would be 2 years agreement or bond are u ready to work? 15k monthly salary and after 1 year there would be increment that to not surely if the company is in loss then there would be no increment. 2) basic topics of SQL asked 3) System round

Simple sql basic questions like What is primary key, joins, foreign key, view, group by, order by? Difference between where and having clause? What is index? The interviewer will keep on asking questions until you fail to answer or answer wrongly Then they make you sit on a system using ms sql server in which you have to perform basic sql queries. Mostly using joins, creating table, inserting values in table. When there will concat, in ms sql server there is no concat use + symbol
