      Nothing out of the ordinary, they used to ask fun/creative questions at the end to see how you respond. The questions asked were to get an idea of background and experience, to see if you would fit in the culture, as any normal interview is.

      It was a very quick process, I submitted my resume and a week later i received a call from the recruiter, had a phone interview, called the next day for a 1 on 1 and they called the same day of the face to face interview with an offer for the Client Advocate role, which has high turnover.

      I usually don't make this kind statement, but this was most unprofessional interview with a company that I ever have. This was not a single event, but it happen 3 time with this company. The first time, I got an e-mail about picking the best date/time for me and the interviewer to talk. I pick a date and send out my confirmation time, but I never get a call for that interview. I follow up with e-mails, but never got any kind of reply. Second time, I got contact by another CB HR for a different position. This time I got a respond back after sending out the date/time e-mail. She agree to call me on that time period. However, when the time come, she never did call. Yet another no interview call, so I follow up with e-mails, but never got any kind of reply. Third time, I got contact by CB HR yet for another position. This time I actually make it to the interview part. After talking to the interviewer, he told me that someone will contact me on Monday. Monday come, but no one did, so I follow up with an e-mail on Tuesday . He reply back and say he is sorry and that he will get some one to call me on Friday. However, the HR person who was suppose to call me on Friday, call me around 4 o'clock on Tuesday, that same day that I receive the reply e-mail from the 1st HR. Even though I make it clear that I was unprepared, she insisted that we talk now. After our talk, it was the last time I ever hear anything from CB HR. I follow up with e-mails, but never hear anything back. Which at this point, it no longer a surprise for me. Honestly this whole processes leave a bad taste. Not only one time, but three time that I have a bad experience with this company. For a company like CB, which is in the employment business, I'm surprise that they have such a bad HR department. Honestly, at this point, if another CB rep try to contact me, I will just mark as spam and move on.
