I found the job posting online and was later contacted by email for a phone interview. The person on the phone was the director and asked me about my qualifications for the position, my depth of knowledge of social/market research methodologies, survey experience, and statistical experience. Then I was invited for an in-person interview with the Senior Director and she asked only a hand full of questions. She asked what I am not good at and want to improve and then answered my questions. I received an offer a week later, signed a contract and started working right after they checked my education. Overall it was a nice experience. I emailed the Director back and forth and he answered my questions quickly and thoroughly.
