Entretien
I like how they try to get a feel for the person's personality as well as the person's technical skills. That helps the employee get a position on an account and team that makes everyone comfortable.
Zoom meeting due to covid. In depth and positive. A lot of useful information was exchanged from both parties. Good amount of questions and answers from the interviewer. Interview went very well.

Initial phone call from recruiter: very brief and includes creating account on the website (even though application was already submitted via the same website).
Secondary interview call: quick assessment of skills but no guarantee of shift. Regardless of the shift applied for start times range between 6 and 10:30am and will be "locked in". All shifts include one weekend day per week.
