I initially completed an application in January and was contacted to schedule a Zoom screening with the Field Director in February. After the screening, I was informed I was moving forward in the process and was informed to complete an enneagram assessment. Late February the panel interview was conducted and I was notified mid March that I was a finalist and would be advancing to an in-person interview with the Vice President. I had an amazing tour of the facility and interview. I sent a follow up thank you email and the VP replied, however; I sent a follow up email within the week after I was not contacted regarding the status of the final interview to the Field Director and Talent Development Specialist, and never received a response.
