First you will have a phone interview with HR and/or a phone interview with a member of the Legal Department. Both phone calls are intended to confirm your resume and experience.This is typical panel legal interview. They discuss your resume so be sure to know how you can fit into their company. Do you research but don't be nervous. They may give you a scenario and ask you to solve it. There are 3 people on the panel. Just keep in mind this is a healthcare facility and a minimal knowledge of the related laws will go a long way in this interview.
