I was pleased with the interview process and the out come. I would recommend other to engage in my experience. The interview went well, however I was not sure of the out come.

Applied online, received a response from the in-house recruiter. It took a week from the moment of application, initial screening with recruiter, to an in-person interview with the director of rehab.

the rehab director was desperate, and made sure to let me know she would do anything to get me to sign on as full time staff. i asked about productivity guidelines and was told it would never be an issue (though it certainly did become one). i was given a tour and introduced to many people, though not actually allowed to see a working COTA.
