Initially, HR reached out to me via text asking for an interview, not introducing themselves or what company they were with. My only interaction with HR was via text even though I emailed them twice, once asking for salary range and another to follow up on the status of the interview process. I still have never heard back. After four rounds of interviews, I never received an update and am assuming I didn’t get the position because of the job being reposted. Everyone I interviewed with was kind and gave me a great impression; however, my overall impression of CareFirst has been altered because of my overall experience. Although I am grateful for the opportunity, it’s an interview for the company as well.
