Phone screen, then phone interview w hiring manager, then video interview full day with 6 or 7 team members. Was held remotely due to COVID. Not sure how long this will be the case.

3 interviews. Quick meeting with HR rep. Longer with head FSA. Final panel interview with associates. Basic resume screening first two interviews. Was asked a Fermi question to go over thought process. More technical questions on panel.

An initial 1 hour interview to determine whether to set up a 3 hour interview with members of the hiring team. Went over Loss Reserving Triangles in Excel to see analytical ability
