1 phone interview, 2 onsite interviews. Was told by talent recruiter that panel liked me and that an offer letter would be on it's way. Holidays passed. Another email stating that offer is coming. Finally, 1.5 months passed since interviews so I followed up only to find that position is being cancelled. Recruiter offered no sympathy, apology, or remorse for this change or lack of proper communication. After 2.5 months from interviews, I finally got a generic email from company that officially said position was cancelled.
