VP of Engineering Interview, lasted about 45 minutes
Peer Technical Interview, lasted about 75 minutes
Culture Fit/Behavioral Interview, lasted about 45 minutes
All were conversational, but the peer technical was a live coding session along with discussion

Entretien
The first round was a casual “get to know you” virtual interview which included a general discussion of my interest in web development and mainly a chance for me to ask questions.
The interview was followed by a take home project to build a basic Ruby on Rails Restful API that can handle issues such as scalability.
