Interviewed with CEO and Admin Assistant, it was set up through email and was an in person interview. They had question printed out for the position and they both wrote answers for all of the question based on how I answered. There was no formal offer but an email stating "It was a pleasure meeting with you and I am so happy that you’ve decided to join the Child Life History team. " When I had not accepted a position or offer. There is a portion of the interview that is a writing sample. When offer came the offer was extremely low for the work that is to be completed by the Contractor, pays lower than other organizations for this work even when Contractor has 3+ years of experience, unwilling to match what I was previously making doing the same job (a little less work at the previous job due to systems in place) so were offering less with more work. I believe they will have a difficult time finding Contractors for this position with such low pay for the amount of work that is required for this position.
