You’ll meet with a recruiter for a 30 min call who’ll ask a few T&S focused interview questions. Next you’ll meet with the CXO for 30 minutes, two managers, and finally two executives. Overall, the vibe is very corporate and not personable. While I enjoyed my initial conversations as time went on the environment at care came across as very chaotic, high pressure with no clear sense of direction. They will invest time in you until they decide to move on and will send you auto rejection even after investing hours into their process and interviewing at the director level. Overall would not recommend moving forward
