I was contacted for a screening interview by a recruiter from a Canadian office for a position that would be based out of Chandler, AZ and manage employees at other locations. The screening interview was conducted in a very professional manner with question on how I would handle different situations and questions about my resume. The recruiter was very knowledge about the company and the position. I didn't get past the initial screening interview, but left with a positive outlook on the company.
