Applied through Online Campus Recruiting system and received an e-mail to schedule a phone interview. After my phone interview, I was invited to interview at the Houston site. Consisted of three 1:1 interviews asking about the same things pretty much. They were impressed because I researched about the company and came prepared. Analytical test at the conclusion of the last interview was a brain teaser.
