2 rounds of interviews, a phone screening and then 4 in person interviews on site. It was relaxed and easy. It was however, a long day and at the end I was exhausted from talking to so many people. The interviewers were relaxed and simply wanted to get to know you and your "soft" skills. Then there was time at the end to interact with some of the younger engineers and learn more about what they worked on. This was an interesting because though it was a Q&A, it felt like a continuation of the formal interviews.
