Fifteen minute phone call with HR, thirty minute phone call with Hiring Manager, finishing with onsite interview with tour and four separate interviews, thirty to 45 minutes each. Followed up with phone call to see if still interested as the interview process for all candidates lasted for 2 months.

Sat down with the engineering manager, a senior manufacturing engineer, the Operational Excellence manager, an electrician and talked for about one and a half hours. Then a tour of the facility by the senior manufacturing engineer for 30 minutes.
