After applying online, I received a call from a CAH recruiter giving me an overview of the position and the company. Once I confirmed my interest in the role, I was set up on a phone interview with the hiring manager (30 minutes). We went over the basics of the role again, his expectations for this position, and my experience as it relates to this opportunity. Within two days, they scheduled an in-person interview with the hiring manager and members of the team for two weeks from then; this specific team was based in another city, so I'm sure the process moves quicker for those based in Dublin. My final, in-person interview lasted a little over an hour. I met with the hiring manager and a member of the team who was in a lateral role. This seemed to be to determine how I'd fit in culturally, as they were already aware of my experience. I, then, met with a member of the upstream marketing team in this product category. He explained how his team would interact with my team (downstream marketing) and asked the question below. I received a verbal offer within 2 business days and started work 3 weeks later.
