The director messaged me on Indeed to ask if I had time to talk about the job for 15 minutes. I messaged the director back on Indeed confirming a time for the initial phone screen interview and during that call we set up a time for a more in depth phone interview. During the second phone interview I was told that I would meet some of the members of the operations team in the next on site interview. On the day of the interview I met with three team members of the operations team, one at a time. In reality it was three interviews in one day, one after the other. It started with one operations team member and then with the second operations team member. The last interview was with the owner of the company.
