Asked about background and motivations for joining the climate founders programme. Probed a lot on whether I would be willing to leave current role before joining the programme and if I would be completely committed to working in a startup. I found this quite uncomfortable given it was just a first round call to find out more about the opportunity, which is initially temporary and unpaid.

Overall not very professional, with limited knowledge of what they were looking for in candidates. Highly academic institution where everything is based on the leaders theories but almost none of the main people have had any successful businesses themselves.
