I applied online to the job posting and got a call back for a small phone interview. I got an in-person interview booked on this call. Then I had 2 interviews on different days, the first one was on my own experience with work and education, and details of the new job and the company. The second one was getting to know me, what I look for in a job, my overall work habits. I got hired a few days later. I had first hand training with the manager and learnt a lot on the job.
