Started with a recruiter. Interview was fully remote because of covid, but it had a clear "phone screen" followed by several like you'd have on-site.
Picked up on a few yellow flags throughout the process, but they were nice enough to schedule me some extra time with another one of their engineers to clear them up.

The interview process is well organized and efficient. The HR team at Carbon is awesome, very friendly and helpful. I had a tight timeline.
