Underwent multiple interviews for multiple positions, all with the same recruiter. Despite the interview going well, I received no follow up (not even a rejection). I sent a thank you note to the recruiter and never heard back. Their application system does not send out auto-rejections either, so with most positions I went months without hearing anything. My first interview took place 4 months after I had applied.
